How to change email password at Direct Admin

Last time, before I really start my hosting business, I do introduce all my reader who need hosting to buy from my friend, and his hosting are using direct admin.

Some of my reader face the same problem after use the direct admin webmail, it does not has the link to change the email password.

For example, the owner of the hosting create a email with a temporally password for his friend or family, while the person login the webmail, it does not able to change password, unlike cPanel. cPanel able to let user change the password just after login to the webmail, (illustrator as below)

Facebook are more and more famous recently, event my auntie and uncle also have facebook account, I just wonder does my grandma have facebook account or not

Facebook, consider a social networking website like friendster, which able to connect a lot people at cyberspace. I always heard people said facebook is a good tools for business marketing and advertising too, and I have no idea how it works.

MIRC’s Tech Nite, Facebook talk are crap
I do attend few talk about Facebook at MCA ICT Resource Center (MIRC)’s Tech Nite, which organize once a month, but seriously I did not learn any thing from there, they are talking crap there, just talk about how to use facebook, like I learn how to use friendster during my secondary school.

Since I bough my Nikon D80 beginning of this year, I did not have much communicate with my camera, just few outing with friend such as “My 1st outing“, Kek Lok Si Photo Outing 1 and  kek Lok Si Photo Outing 2 during Chinese New Year.

Reason why I did not communicated much with my camera? A lot Photography freak ask me this question, but after asnwering them, most of them don’t like my answer… OK, forgot about this, let me share the photography magazine below, Photography freak should like it.

Need to register business or register company? (This topic cover Malaysia only)

Recently in in my life, I come across this topic, due to a long term plan for my own hosting business, I need to register a business name and get a license to ensure my business get trusted when deal with SME’s company.

Some explanation
Just make it as simple, register business (ROB) mean register a enterprise, or a sole proprietor business. Every one can register it if you would like to get a license for your business; how ever, register company (ROC) mean register your company with “Sendirian Berhad” SDN BHD or ‘Berhad” BHD.

My Experience
Before I start, let me tell you some story that I face, not to critic on government agency, I just offer my own opinion. Their service are SUXX…

To register a business or company (ROB or ROC), we need to look for a government agency name Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), most people manually went to their office to register business name or company name. At my state (Penang Island), they don’t have branch in Island, and need to go over the mainland for the registration, but they do offer twice a month, mobile counter open at “KOMPLEKS PASAR BAYAN BARU”.

During my registration, they reject my business name “Private Hoster“, which contain a “Private”, after check with few officer there, they sound like not friendly and keep on tell me cannot. I do search over their website (ssm.com.my), and found a lot business name contain this word, such as Private Taxi, Private loan enterprice, bla bla bla… After call to the branch at mainland, their operator pass me here and there, at the end, a officer told me “may be” last time can register with this word, but now “may be” the rules change.

Today is last day of May, hopefully still not late to share this 2 e-magazine.

Ok, back to this month review, Firefox Wallpaper, bring me about 10,000 page view with little stumble exchange trick. Other then this, due to I upload the firefox wallpaper over my own server, and a lot of download, the bandwidth meter stated my blog this month consume 16Gig, compare to previous month was 6Gig only. How much your bandwidth consume for this month?
