I always heard people discuss about video blogging recently, I feel that this kind of video blog is very easy to write, no need write much, just few description will do, some more the visitor may stay at the blog longer as long the video finish.

Recently our Malaysian 12th general election finish and bring a shocking defeat. People tend to make story over and over again. In my opinion, we should respect to the election result, and not to discuss this kind of issue any more.

3 days training is very fast !!!

I was attend Siemon training for the pass few days, at Northen Hotel Penang. Having hotel food for the continues 3 days, yuck~

On this training, I have learn some new technology and also hand on, practical training on cable termination process.

In this training, the trainer Mr. Andy, from s’pore show us how to terminate Category 5e, Category 6, Category6A, Category7A and also multimode Fiber Optic cable.

For Cat 5e I already hand on before during the project at perlis 3 month ago and also the Wawasan University patch panel, On fiber optic, I also show the fiber optic termination process last year.

Here Mr.Andy show use his tools kits, the pricing cost about few thousand per set

Recently my boss has hire another new staff, to take the dispatch position. In my company, the space are not so big, due to new staff come in next week, we need to arrange a place for the new staff.

I need suggest to my boss, to purchase extra table, chair and cabinet too. Actually, I am the most hardworking staff (just kidding), my table full of thing, all the document also need to put on top of monitor, some more 2 monitor in my table and a laptop… “Boss, I need more space” especially office storage to put my document. What is OEM Software?
OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer, meaning that the original software are come with the new set of machine.

What different between OEM or not OEM?
OEM license are not transferable to other machine, only the particular machine are allow to use it. For non OEM software, license are allow to transfer.

Pricing ($$$) will be different too, if your machine did not come with OEM software, you need to puchase extra license, the cost will be higher.

Example a set of PC cost $2000, too add on OEM operating system (OS), cost you additional $300, If you buy separately, the OS will cost you around $500.

New OEM Vista, make PC slow
Now a days, if you buy a branded PC or laptop, such as Compaq, Dell, HP… The machine will come with original OS, which is OEM version.

For windows Vista, mosly it will be slow, the reason is the PC has been preinstall a lot of unnessery software. To speed up your Vista, once of the tips is to re-format it manually without using the recovery disk.

You need a pcs of Windows Vista CD, manually download the driver from website too. My company recently bought a laptop for me, is original OEM windows vista. I personally feel that it was slow, and I try to re-format it.

With using the Vista CD that I obtain from Microsoft Training previously, I manage to format it. This is the 1st time I installing Windows Vista. I also using Format Your PC Less then 10 Minute to clone my whole Windows Vista

How you judge a website?
Just my 2 cent… when I visit some person’s blog or a website, I will see the Google Page Rank, and Alexa Rank, to ensure the particular website worth to spend time for reading.

For sure, content is King, is once of the important thing to attract more visitors. Other then PR and Alexa, feed count also play important role.

When you come to a blog/website, the feed count figure such as this 2 behind(left and right), will you feel confident with the content?

With the figure there, already stated the value of the website, and mean this amount of reader are actually reading what this website has publish.

Increase Feed Count, Increase Readers Confident
Do you agree? I am totally agree with this! I found that my feed count are keep on increasing when the figure there increase.

About last year November 07 , my feeds count around 49, and today, my feeds count are more then 100, I wish the figure can increase as time goes by.

If I register my self 6 month ago I will vote for

Really wasted! NASA lose 2 vote.
Today was Malaysia Election and I was boring sitting at home, due to my mistake 6 month ago! Why I will Vote for NASA?

Who Help Me before!….. DAP help me…
Few Year ago, when I working part time at Prangin Mall, my motobike always park ope site cosmic, in front of a small temple(Tua Pek Kong). That parking area with one big “P” sign board there.

One days, when my boss ask me send some thing to client, I went to my bike there, I saw POLICE MAN there writing SAMAN for my bike…. WTF, I have go to ask the POLICE what wrong, the POLICE just told me, if I have any problem just go to their IBU PEJABAT (headquarter) and make complain.

Immediately, I snap some picture as evident. I went to the POLICE station, as usual, they direct me here and there, the incharge person not there “datang esok” (come tomorrow), this is common already, because the POLICE are too “hardworking”….

After few time visit the POLICE station, I was fet up with their “hardworking” excuse. As a chinese, I go to look for Chinese government agent such as MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association). They said if this SAMAN are given by MPPP, they can help, due to this is POLICE’s Saman, so they advice me to paid it.

Without give up, I went to Party Gerakan, another government association, and hope to get some help from there. same answer they give. At last, no choice, I have to look for DAP (Democratic Action Party).

DAP incharge person ask me to print out the evident picture, and pass them the SAMAN. Not much word they said, just told me come back another 3 days. When I go there after 3 days, CASE SETTLE!

That day onward, I know who should I Vote for the next election. I know who can work for citizen, and who can’t

Few days ago, DAP are having a Talk held at Han Chiang High School, there was 60,000 people gather there, (see more detail on JeffOoi ’s Blog), traffic jam along the road, and a lot car park along the road site.

Guess what… POLICE are talking advantage there, hoho… is SAMAN time… make big money that night!

I just wonder why during friday afternoon, traffic also jam around the mosque, and the car and bike also simply parking along the road side…Where the hell all the POLICE?

For tonight result, I am confident that DAP will win a lot Vote. Again, I feel wasted cannot vote for them this round. Next round will be prepare early
