People are talking about PDA mobile all around the conner, especially iPhone, I can see most of the blogger talk about this, but do they really have 1? I don think so… My self also don’t have, but last time I working before at PDA mobile shop as a part time sales personnel.

While I working there, most of the buyer don have software source. They will bring their device back for us to install software. Most of the customer will ask whether where to obtain video.

While we restart the PC afterr editing the MsConfig file, mostly it will pop up a “System Configuration Utility” msg

For IT literate person, we know that need to click the “don’t show…” tick box so that next time restart will not appear again, but for END user, I always face a problem~ they will don’t know how to tick it and every time restart PC, this msg will pop up and my phone will RANG again~

Some time after I troubleshoot END user’s PC, edit their MSCONFIG, I directly leave without restart PC. it took time to restart and some time I lazy to wait. I found a solution to BYPASS this popup msg after restart PC (more…)

Will take about WHAT IS PATCH PANEL in the up comming post. Back to this Wireless Backhaul Microwave system, according to the IT personel…

I have mention about patching Patch Panel at WAWASAN University in the pass few post regarding to Wireless Backhaul system.

Many people does not know what is Patch Panel, never see before, I believe even our educator also did not show us during my academic time.

Beside right, a picture of Patch Panel, all the UTP wire will be connect to switch, and switch will link to server or any other device such as router, switch and modem.

All the cable in front are easy, simply connect the switch will do, does not matter which port to connect at switch, but on the patch panel port, each port represent a location.

Lets see behind this Patch Panel, there are all the cable need to patch in to the panel (as below). All the cable are go to computer lab, office, or reception’s face plat.

After patch all the cable into Patch Panel, all the cable behind patch panel must be well arrange and tie up accordingly. The picture below show (more…)

Every company or business owner will having employment issue. Either disciplinary problem , loss of expertise or short of man power issue. Problem will come from decision making. Hire staff and management of employee are once of the difficult part for HR department. To have a good management and have better decision making, HR department need a good system such as Performance measurement system.

I have browse thought this HR metrics system while I am just thinking why every organization must have HR department and even a small organization also need it. Big organization employee turn over rate are very high, without a system, will bring loss to business owner. (more…)

I went to KANGAR, Perlis for a site survey with my boss pass few days back. Went to check the Cat-6 installation in a “Maktab Perguruan Perlis”. 900++ Cat 6 point need to use Agilent tester test…

What is this device? look like fluorescent tubes? or it look like star wars sword (Mini Edition)? Saw this device while on site and shoot it to show here.

This device are out door Antenna, see have a box up there, access point are in there. The access point may be indoor wifi device or outdoor wifi device such as the Dlink outdoor Access point in my previous post or another Outdoor WIFI that I post long time ago.

For this kind of Antenna, it will boost the signal to quite some distance. As this ads below show, “For ILLUMINATION the blind spot”… (more…)

I not sure whether I am using the correct topic or not. I get this name “wireless backhaul” from search engine. I feel that almost similar meaning. Should be the system that I saw as the picture below.

Last week, after I learn how to use the Agilent Cat-6 Tester, me and my colleague, bring the tester to new WAWASAN University building for testing, but who know the cat 6 cable termination process did not finish yet, 240 cat 6 cable need to punch in to 10 patch panel.
